Please try again with the default port number for the ftp transfer : 21.
If you get error messages mentioning wrong password or user name you can also try anonymous ftp transfer by leaving both the user name and password field empty. FTP transfer should also work this way but the commands "starting"/"stopping" VOK will not be possible without user credentials.
