Я установил VBASE версии 11.6.0.6
Есть проект, в котором я размещаю кнопку "Завершить приложение"
и выберите значение «Выйти из VBASE и выключить Windows»
При запуске проекта и нажатии на кнопку «Завершить приложение»
выходит ошибка 0xc 0000142.

As far as the google translation goes i figured you have a problem with the "End Application" field with the function where it not only exits the project but also shutsdown the system. This does not work properly for you as you get an error message 0xc0000142.

The field "End Application" with the behaviour to shutdown the system is just an invocation of the windows internal "shutdown.exe" (default path "C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe") after project termination. So if this is giving you an error you should first check if the "shutdown.exe" works outside of VBASE. If the shutdown.exe works then this is most likely a rights problem and you should check if VBASE has the necessary rights to perform ".exe" files and does not get prevented from any kind of virus software/firewall/UAC setting.
If the shutdown.exe does not even work outside of VBASE, then there are further problems with that application that should be resolved furtherhand.
